Public Space Outlines

A space configured with the #public policy would be readable by any authenticated identity, rather than only the members its host lists. Bulleted would honour app.bulleted.outline records written by the space authority alone and ignore outline records from anybody else, so the name, description and contributor grant a reader sees are always the ones the space owner published — not ones a stranger wrote at the same coordinate.
