  1. Every bullet now shows its sync state, from first keystroke to firehose echo, with a visible hazard state when a write fails
  2. Offline support: unsent writing is journaled locally, the page warns before closing with unsent edits, and queued writes drain in order once the network returns
  3. !expand pastes a compact list into bullets, including notes and todos, and Mod-C copies a subtree back out in the same format
  4. Bullets with comments now carry an activity mark, and an agent reference is published at /llms.txt
  5. Fixed: emptied bullets delete from the caret with a visible confirmation, and stream events that change nothing no longer flash
  6. One icon language across the outline: the clipboard copies, a cloud shows a write travelling, arrived, held offline, or rejected, and the pencil, document, and chat marks each mean one thing
  7. Rows lead with the fold triangle beside the bullet mark — the wordmark's order — with tighter spacing before text and the redundant collapsed rings removed
  8. Todos traded their leading checkbox for a square beside the text that sets and clears completion
  9. !mirror, !transclusion, and !copy accept a bullet's web link as well as its at:// address, and the typed commands are documented in the keyboard shortcuts help
  10. A quiet plus at the end of an editable outline replaces the automatic empty bullet, space outlines lead with the shield, and an empty comment thread invites the first comment
